Using a Measuring Tape:

Wrap flexible tape around your wrist, just below the wrist bone.Note the measurement without adding extra space.

Without a Measuring Tape:

Wrap a string or paper strip around your wrist and mark where it overlaps.Lay it flat and measure the length up to the mark with a ruler.
